I recently had a lovely dinner at the hotel with my family, enjoying a beautifully refurbished dining room and freshly cooked food. However, I was disappointed that the fish and chips I wanted weren't on the dinner menu. Overall, the service was pleasant, but my experience with the children's dessert during a tea service was frustrating due to a lack of selection and poor customer service. The breakfast offerings were exceptional and really added to the experience.
